Erica is a self taught guru, master of improvisation, and all around amazing cook. You’ll never hear a great jazz musician play the same song twice the same way and he almost assuredly doesn’t have his music written down. The same goes for Erica. Very rarely, if ever, does she write anything down and she has difficulty making things simple enough for us mere mortals. She’s such a natural and it comes so easy, it’s hard for her to break it down. It’d be like asking Mozart to teach you to play the mouth harp.
So being that these recipes represent a part of who we are as a Family, not to mention the fact that they are all absolutely delicious, we have decided to try and publish baseline recipes for some of our favorite dishes.
On this note we would like to encourage you to experiment with these recipes. Be adventurous, after all, cooking should be fun.
The website will offer you a huge variety of recipes to choose from. From Yorkshire Pudding to Pork Egg rolls. If you want it, we’ll have it….eventually.
The gorgeous design of this site was put together by a very close family friend, Justin. Who did all of this out of the kindness of his heart, and we owe him our gratitude.
In any case, this is a dedication to an amazing cook and an even more amazing woman, whom we all have a great love for.
